Leisure Landing Park Review

We loved this place and wished we had more than one night. We stayed here at the beginning of May 2021 and it was beautiful!

We highly recommend this to all our folks at home that RV for a weekend getaway!

The Sites.

Satellite-friendly sites are located on Lake Hamilton. Although they don’t have pull-through sites or waterfront sites, they offer a quiet and relaxing location for the whole family.

This RV park has up to 60 ft sites with 20/30/50 Amp services, water, and sewer. There’s lots of space to park your RV and a tow vehicle right next to it.

Shower rooms, restrooms, and laundry area are in the clubhouse, along with a TV lounge and exercise room. There’s even a meeting room with a kitchenette in case you need to hold meetings.

As they are located on the shores of Lake Hamilton, all types of water recreation are available, including fishing and boating. In addition, charcoal grills are distributed throughout the site if you’re in the mood for a barbecue cookout. And they have an off-leash dog park, which is great for RVers who brought their pets with them, like us!

Local Attractions.

Located in Hot Springs, the oldest and smallest National Park was founded as a Federal Reserve back in 1832. The city itself has many attractions, including natural ones such as Healing Waters and historical landmarks like the world-famous Arlington Hotel.

Hot Springs also has a thriving nightlife, providing live shows and music at various venues. In addition, local theater groups are performing their shows throughout the year.

They offer daily, weekly and monthly rates depending on the size of each RV site. Rates start from $28 to $32 per day, $168 to 192 per week, and $450 to $540 per month.

The park does offer internet but not enough to stream, much less stream to multiple devices. We were able to get a full AT&T signal and some Verizon signal.

Would we book here again?

We will book here again. Hot Springs is a quick trip from home base and on-the-way to pretty much anything on the East Coast. This was a great park, especially beautiful and handy for an overnighter.

Essential RV Gear Used at this Campground

Water is an RV’s worst enemy. We keep a portable dehumidifier running all the time.

Collapsible Food Storage

Collapsible or nesting bowls, pots, and pans are a requirement when living full time in an RV!
